Bryne Hotell - First Partner offers conference and meeting facilities to suit most occasions. We have small and large meeting rooms seating up to 100 persons. Our meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and several of the meeting facilities offer access to the garden. Our catering service will prepare delicious menus. Indeed, so delicious you will almost want to stay an extra day! We can help plan your events, whether they are work conferences, meetings or private functions, such as weddings or confirmations. We can also compose packages with activities both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. “I’ll fix that,” we reply when someone calls with a request to hold their conference at Bryne Hotell in Jæren. Because that’s what we do. Always – and with a smile!

Only 2.5 hours from Oslo, we are ready to welcome you for a two-day conference in Jæren.

We tailor packages to requirement. An example could be:

  • Return flight to and from Oslo Airport Gardermoen
  • Guide upon arrival to Stavanger Airport
  • Roundtrip by airport shuttle bus between Stavanger Airport and Bryne Hotell by First Hotels (approx. 20 min)
  • Separate check-in
  • Arrival at the hotel – meeting room for 2 days
  • Coffee/tea and iced water at the buffet throughout the meeting
  • Lunch for 2 days
  • House-baked pastries for breaks both days
  • 3-course dinner in the evening


Price from NOK 3950 per person in a double room. Supplement for single room NOK 400. Prices are based on groups of 20 people.

Feeling a little overwhelmed before such a grand event is quite understandable. So, let us create the perfect setting for the grand occasion! We have extensive experience in arranging unique events of all kinds. The premises are charming and the options are plenty.

If you book early, you will enjoy a much better chance at reserving the day that suits you best. Once the date is agreed upon, all you need to do is sit back and look forward to the grand day. Leave all the detail planning to us. We will ensure you enjoy the most magical experience.
